She holds a master’s degree in criminal justice and bachelor’s degrees in sociology and criminology. She has helped many families across North Central Florida access support and resources that improve their quality of family life. Carol enjoys spending time with her children and grandchildren and also enjoys traveling on cruise ships. She remains committed to serving Tri-County families by connecting them with essential support and recovery resources after community disasters.
