United Way of North Central Florida (UWNCFL) is openly recruiting for new, voluntary board members to join us on a mission to positively impact the health, education, and financial stability of people living in our region. We are seeking representation from individuals within our six-county region of Alachua, Bradford, Dixie, Gilchrist, Levy, and Union to begin board service July 1.
Board members are integral to the success of this mission and are expected to and accountable for promoting and advancing the mission. The Board's impact is far-reaching; from fiduciary oversight to strategic development, to resource growth and relationship building, great Board members are the difference between a social-service charity and impactful social change organization.
